So Sorry for My Dog

Our pet dog,an Apso Shitzu, about three years old, got that phobia for vets when a vet clinic crew cut one of its paws so near the "pink" portion of the claw so it hurt the dog. Pet clinics should know well how to handle a dog to prevent such incidents which in the long run will affect the dog's temperament.

After that incident, it is so hard to have it groomed or given the scheduled treatments. Once it see the Vet Clinic, it would be agitated, showing dislike to be taken to that clinic. So last week I cut its matter fur at the rear portion, which I successfully finished. It needed to be trimmed to keep it clean to prevent the sticky poo from clinging to the fur.

We could not touch that area during bath time because the dog was so aggressive, it bites. Trimming its matted fur is really a challenge. So one of the techniques I tried was to trim the fur after it got tired after our morning walks. After trimming the hind part, I cut some furs at the ear part, but I accidentally cut its skin. It cried in pain and so much blood oozed from the wound. I could not apply alcohol or antibacterial cream because it tried to bite me when I attempted to put some medication.

I let it heal for a week, and now I slowly try to cut its fur again, but with caution.Having a pet really needs so much attention and care. It will reciprocate that love you are giving it.

Have to Catch Up

Had been so busy with offline works that I forgot to update this blog. Procrastination and laziness, along with other factors contributed to the problem of not posting for so long.

Though I write for other blogs as guest author, in Charlee Felice's Inspiration and Faith and Inspiration in Words, along with other revenue-sharing sites, I failed to update this blog. Sometimes we have to push ourselves a little to accomplish things we always wanted to do.
